Challenge - A talented pianist who was struggling to promote her music online. Her previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to capture email addresses, leaving her without a reliable way to connect with fans.
Solution - To solve these problems, we began by conducting competitor and user research to gain a deeper understanding of the artist's audience and their peers. From there, we utilised UX/UI design principles to create a sleek, user-friendly platform that promotes her upcoming concerts, showcases her music, and makes it easy for fans to sign up for her email list.
Result - The implementation of the new website saw a large rise in user engagement and growth in sign ups to the email list which resulted in much improved concert ticket sales and attendance.
